Delete your account

This page explains how to have your Dalilni account and the data held with it deleted. Dalilni is the salon and beauty booking app operated in Lebanon.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@dalilni.com from any address, with the phone number registered on your Dalilni account and the words "delete my account".

You can also message us on WhatsApp at 81020261 or 03831341 with the same request.

We will confirm the request from the registered number before deleting anything, because the phone number is the only thing that identifies a Dalilni account. Once confirmed, deletion is completed within 30 days and we write to tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile, which is your name, phone number and gender. Your saved places. Your loyalty points. Your reviews and ratings. Any profile photograph. Your appointment history.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of payments and wallet top-ups are kept, without your profile attached to them, for as long as Lebanese law requires a business to keep records of its transactions. These records exist to document money that moved and cannot be removed on request.

Any remaining balance in your Dalilni wallet is not refundable to cash. Spend it or transfer it to a booking before requesting deletion.
